This enchanting musical adventure is the beloved Disney classic everyone knows and loves, now adapted specifically for younger performers.

Acting and Performance Skills: Children will learn essential acting techniques, character development, and stage presence, enhancing their confidence and public speaking abilities.
Singing and Dancing: Our program includes vocal training and choreography, helping students develop their musical talents while having a blast performing unforgettable Disney classics like "Under the Sea" and "Part of Your World."
Creative Expression: Encouraging creativity, our program allows kids to explore their imagination through character development, vocal and physicalization of characters (from royalty to sea creatures!), and storytelling at all times on stage.

Showcase Performance: The program culminates in a dazzling live performance where your child will shine as they bring the story of Disney's The Little Mermaid KIDS to life on stage!

PERFORMANCE CLASS! Your child will SING, ACT, DANCE in this Musical Theatre Class. We will mount a full production of a Musical from Script to Show! Auditions will be held in class, as well as an online audition submission and weekly rehearsals will be full of expert training and fun. At the end of the term we will perform our 30 minute Kids Musical at The Dougherty Valley Performing Arts Center

Notes
On the first day please bring or come in and sign the liability waiver for your kids. This is required before your child can participate. Thank you!
Please bring a 3 ring binder with lined paper, pencils, eraser, highlighter and water bottle and snack to each class. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes for moving around in as we will be dancing and moving around.
